Current data protection rules came into force for everyone in 2018.  Between us, we hold a lot of other people’s personal information (data), on computers and on paper, so we all need to think about how we store this, how we use it, and how and when we destroy it.

If you are a leader who holds other people’s personal details, please read our FM Data Privacy Notice which gives more information. 

We need to request permission from every person whose data we hold, to be able to use that information in appropriate ways, promising to store it securely and never to pass it on. We include that request as part of registration processes for both the children and our team.

Your responsibility will be to store and handle all personal information carefully and securely, in accordance with the above FM Data Privacy Notice.
