Bytesize
Bytesize activities are for three and four year old children, and take place in the Parish Church, using the Fourth Avenue entrance.
Bytesize meets every morning during FM week from 9.45 to 11.35 am with a programme of activities just right for pre-school children.
This summer, Bytesize was led by Lesley Conley, Judy Morris and Brian Davis. Our theme was:"God cares for our world. We must care for it too."
Each morning session includes some time in small groups for games and craftwork, a supervised playtime outside, and an altogether-time for singing and a Bible story.
To ensure every child's safe return to their parent/carer at the end of the morning, we operate a token system. Please remember to bring this token with you when you come to collect your child.
Got some time to yourself once your child is safely in Bytesize? Then why not pamper yourself with a cup of tea or coffee down at the marquee. There is even a creche there, but it would be helpful for the creche if you took a named beaker for your child with you.
And don't forget the SMILE puppets, the grand finale in the marquee on Saturday 9th in the morning at 10.45 am.
REGISTRATION
As we sometimes have limited places it is advisable to pre-register for Bytesize, which this year takes place at the marquee on the afternoon of Sunday 3rd, from 2.30 to 4.00 pm.
