The small print ...
We will do our best to give every child who wants to attend the mission, the opportunity to do so.
To assist in this, two things will be done differently this year.

Each age group leader will close their online booking lists, once the number of registered children reaches two thirds of the total for which the group can cater. That will be dependent upon the number of team leaders who have committed to working with that age-group team.
A waiting list will be created from all further online applications.
Following registration at the marquee on Sunday 29th, any remaining spaces will be allocated to children on the waiting list, first-come-first-served. -
The place of any child who does not attend their group on the Monday morning
will be offered to a child who is on the waiting list.
